A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS

Clear from the start.

Does requesting a programme reserve a seat?

A request starts review. Provider admission, reviewed session dates, capacity and booking requirements determine when a place is confirmed.

How are attendance and payments recorded?

Providers record attendance after sessions finish. Authorized finance reviewers verify payment evidence and allocate cleared funds to invoices. Cordily does not initiate bank payments or connect to a live bank feed.

Can we send our calendar or reschedule instantly?

You can bring external calendars into your private company plan. A calendar draft is not automatically sent to LBS or another provider. HR reviews booking transfers within the applicable policy and confirms the destination before releasing the original place.
